Memory System
Memory Configuration
Configure the AI memory system per API key
Configuring Memory
Two-Level Toggle System
Memory uses a two-level toggle system:
Global Toggle (Header)
- Master switch that affects all API keys
- When disabled, no memory is used regardless of per-key settings
- Toggle in the dashboard header
Per-Key Toggle
- Enable/disable memory for each API key individually
- Only works when global toggle is enabled
- Configure in Dashboard > Memory
Memory is active only when both toggles are enabled.
Managing Memory per API Key
- Go to Dashboard > Memory
- Select an API key from the dropdown
- Toggle memory on/off for that key
- Add memory items specific to that API key
Memory Items
Add specific context items for each API key:
- Property preferences (e.g., "Always use properties/123456")
- Site URLs (e.g., "My primary site is example.com")
- Date range defaults (e.g., "Use weekly comparisons")
- Custom instructions (e.g., "Format reports in Czech")
Memory Types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Preferences | User settings and defaults |
| Context | Business context and details |
| Learned | AI-discovered patterns |
| Instructions | Custom AI behavior rules |
Quick Toggle from API Keys Table
You can also toggle memory directly from the API Keys table in the dashboard. Each API key shows a memory switch.
Preview
See what context the AI receives with the preview feature on the Memory page.
Reset Memory
Clear all stored memory for a specific API key:
- Go to Dashboard > Memory
- Select the API key
- Click "Reset All"
- Confirm the action
All memory items for that API key are permanently deleted.
AI Learning
Memory automatically learns from your usage patterns. The system analyzes:
- Which tools you use most frequently
- Parameters you repeatedly specify
- Errors you can avoid
How Learning Works
- Tracks usage - Records which GA4 properties, siteUrl, etc. you use
- Analyzes patterns - Identifies repeating preferences
- Creates items - Automatically adds "Learned" items to memory
Learned Items
AI-learned items are marked as "Learned" in the memory items list. Unlike manual items:
- They have lower priority (won't override your settings)
- They fade away if you don't use them
- You can delete or deactivate them anytime
Manual Analysis
Click "Analyze Now" to immediately analyze your usage and generate new learned items.
